You won’t need to complete everything at once. We’ll email you when each action becomes available.

    Complete payment

    Reservation holders will use the private balance-payment link sent by email. If you have not reserved, full-payment ordering begins September 1.

    With your order

    Confirm color and shipping details

    Choose your preferred Elah Ring color and confirm that your contact information and shipping address are current.

    Before fulfillment

    Complete sizing

    If you need a free sizing kit, it will ship after payment and the required order details are confirmed. Try the sizers, wear your best fit for at least 24 hours, then submit your final size. If you already know your size, you can select it directly when that option is presented during ordering.

    From October 6

    Enter fulfillment and receive tracking

    Once payment, color, final size, and shipping details are complete, your order can enter fulfillment. We’ll email tracking information after your Elah Ring ships.

Do I need to complete anything today?

If you have already placed your $5 reservation, no action is required today. Beginning September 1, watch the inbox connected to your reservation for your private balance-payment link. If you have not reserved and want the $179 VIP price, the $5 reservation remains available through August 31.

When will reservation holders receive the balance-payment link?

Private balance-payment links will begin arriving September 1. Use the link sent to the email address connected to your reservation.

Can I choose my color and size after reserving?

Yes. Color and size are not required when you place the $5 reservation. You’ll confirm them later as part of the full order and sizing process.

Is full payment enough for my order to ship?

Not by itself. Payment, color, final size, and shipping details must all be complete before an order can enter fulfillment.

When will sizing kits be sent?

Sizing kits will begin shipping in stages after payment and the required order details are confirmed. We’ll email you when yours is on the way.

Is the $5 reservation refundable?

Yes. The $5 reservation is fully refundable and is applied toward your Elah Ring purchase when you complete the order.

When will Elah Ring begin shipping?

Shipping begins October 6. Your order must be fully ready for fulfillment before it can ship, and tracking will be sent by email after shipment.
