What can I submit?
Share a Valley Moment of at least 150 words and add one photo that helps tell the story. Both the story and photo are required for an eligible submission. Use a reachable email and submit only content you have the right to share.
What does an eligible submission receive?
Every eligible submission receives a $5 Elah Ring coupon by email and is considered for the weekly Ring selection. Each Tuesday, Elah selects one standout eligible story to receive one Elah Ring. Honest, specific, thoughtfully told stories have a stronger chance of being selected.
How are winners announced?
Each Tuesday, the Ring winner is announced on Elah’s official Instagram, @elahringofficial. Winners are also contacted at the email submitted with their entry. $5 Elah Ring coupons are delivered by email as well, so please watch for messages from Elah.
Will my story be published?
Only if you select the optional permission in the form. If you do not select it, Elah will not publish your submission on social media. Paid advertising, commercial UGC, or expanded use requires separate permission.
What happens after I submit?
After a successful submission, follow the confirmation shown by the form. Your eligibility, weekly Ring consideration, and $5 Elah Ring coupon are connected to the email you submitted.

The Valley Moment campaign runs from August 7 through September 14, 2026.
