Track your order

A tracking number may be generated before the carrier picks up or scans your package. This means tracking details may not appear immediately.

Please allow 1–2 business days for the first update. If your tracking information is still unavailable after 2 business days, please contact our support team.

This means a shipping label has been created, but the carrier has not yet confirmed receipt of your package.

Tracking will update once the carrier processes the shipment and records its first scan.

Tracking updates depend on the carrier's scan activity. It's normal to see no new updates while your package is traveling between facilities.

Weekends, holidays, and busy shipping periods may also affect tracking updates.

If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 2 business days, please contact our support team. We'll be happy to help check your shipment.

Your order may still be in preparation. If your order requires a sizing kit, your Elah Ring will ship separately after you confirm your ring size.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when each package is ready for shipment.

Your sizing kit and Elah Ring are shipped separately.

If you've received a tracking number for your sizing kit, it doesn't necessarily mean your ring has shipped. After you confirm your ring size, your Elah Ring will be prepared for shipment, and you'll receive a separate tracking number when it's ready.

Look for the shipping confirmation email sent to the address you used at checkout. Each shipment's email includes its own tracking number or tracking link. You can also check the order status page linked in your order confirmation email.
