Every ElahRing comes with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
What is Covered
Our limited warranty covers:
- Defects in materials and original workmanship under normal, intended use.
- Hardware malfunctions that occur during regular daily activity.
What is Not Covered
To ensure the longevity of your ring, please note that this warranty does not extend to the following situations:
- Improper or Negligent Use: Any damage resulting from improper use, operation, unauthorized modifications, or alterations of the device.
- Failure to Follow Care Guidelines: Damages caused by neglecting the provided maintenance and care instructions (e.g., failure to clean the device as directed or exposing it to conditions outside of recommended environmental limits).
- Accidental Damage: Any defects or damages resulting from accidents, including but not limited to drops, impacts, crushing, or water damage caused by negligence.

Note: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product.
