1. Program Overview
Elah will support 20 in-person prayer or fellowship gatherings. Each selected gathering's designated pastor or ministry leader will receive one complimentary Elah Ring to keep, plus digital presentation materials. No cash funding is provided.
2. Applications & Selection
Selection will consider the applicant's community involvement, gathering plans, and proposed introduction of Elah Ring. Submitting an application does not guarantee selection. Official application results will be sent by email only from hello@elahring.com. Selected leaders will be contacted to provide their shipping address and ring size and receive presentation materials and next steps. Application and result dates have not yet been announced.
3. Participation & Content Submission
Selected leaders agree to experience Elah Ring personally and introduce and demonstrate it at their gathering. Within 30 days after the gathering, leaders must submit a brief recap stating actual attendance, plus at least three photos or one video showing the gathering and Elah introduction. Leaders must notify Elah if the gathering is canceled or rescheduled and disclose that Elah provided the ring when introducing it or sharing related content. Statements about their experience must be honest.
4. Content Usage Permission
Participants grant Elah a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license for 24 months from submission to use their submitted photos, videos, and recap on Elah's website, email, social media, paid advertising, and promotional materials, together with their name, role, and ministry name. Elah may crop, resize, subtitle, or make other light edits without materially changing the content's meaning. Participants retain ownership of their content, and no additional payment is due for these uses.
5. Content Rights & Participant Permissions
Participants are responsible for obtaining the rights and permissions needed for Elah's use of submitted content as described above, including permission from identifiable individuals and appropriate parent or guardian permission for identifiable minors. Submitted materials must exclude private prayer requests and sensitive personal disclosures.
6. Communications & Privacy
Elah may contact applicants to administer their applications and coordinate participation, shipping, presentation materials, and content submission. Personal information will be handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Marketing emails require a separate, optional opt-in. Choosing whether to receive marketing emails does not affect selection. Subscribers may unsubscribe at any time.
